• Admission Number: We collect and display the admission number of the enrolled student(s) associated with the parent's account.
• Address: We collect and display the address provided by the parent during account registration or student enrollment.
• Phone Number: We collect and display the phone number provided by the parent during account registration or student enrollment.
• Gender: We collect and display the gender of the enrolled student(s) associated with the parent's account.
• Date of Birth: We collect and display the date of birth of the enrolled student(s) associated with the parent's account.
• Date of Admission: We collect and display the date of admission of the enrolled student(s) associated with the parent's account.
• Fee Due Details: We collect and display information about fee due details associated with the enrolled student(s) for parental awareness.
• Child Photo: We collect and display the photo(s) of the enrolled student(s) associated with the parent's account for identification purposes.

UCSKM Parents also collects device details and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) IDs for the purpose of sending notifications to parents regarding important updates and messages related to their child's education.

We take reasonable precautions to protect the data transmitted and stored in UCSKM Parents. However, please note that no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect user data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

UCSKM Parents does not integrate any third-party services or SDKs that collect user data or track user activities.

Children's Privacy

UCSKM Parents is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete such information from our systems.

Account Deletion

UCSKM Parents accounts are linked to student enrollment data. In the event a student withdraws from the school, their corresponding parent's account within UCSKM Parents App will be automatically deleted. This ensures that only parents of current students have access to the app's features.
